System overview

Chief Minister's Special Initiative for Mother and Child Health - Management Information System (CMI-MIS) is the online system that provides the facility to enter CMI programs reports online. It manages beneficiary, visit, stock and daily transaction records online and generates their reports. Users can view reports, database records and analytical dashboards anywhere and anytime.

CMI-MIS Features

Role-Based Access for Users

  • Users are authenticated based on their geographical levels and the roles that are associated with them.

Data Entry

  • Data Entry Forms for entering data into the system like New Registration Form, Add Visit Form and Stock Report Forms.

Information

  • Beneficiary List and Client Information detail can be viewed from here.

Stock Reports

  • Provincial and District Level Stock Report Forms are available for entering stock record for items into the system. These forms can be accessed from Data Entry module.

Dashboards

  • Graphs and maps enable you to view and compare different CMI data and view performance and comparison reports over time.

Access and Login

To use this system user must have access to the internet. To open webpage, navigate to the browser of your choice (Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome etc.) icon on desktop or click start menu and then click the icon for the web browser of your choice installed on the computer.

Main Interface/Home Page

After login, following screen will appear in your web browser, top right hand side showing the User name and District name and below them is the menu for your selection. Menu will be different depending on logged in user. The following menu is for District DEO.
